A small business training curriculum for the Native American entrepreneur! Founded by ONABEN, a Native American Business Network. This curriculum will provide a core of business information for Indianpreneurs and business owners. The course includes many of the tools utilized in business planning especially in areas of marketing, operations and financial controls including the information required when seeking a loan. This class should provide enough information for the participant to initiate the following:

• Knowledgeable business planning
• Write a business plan
• Develop a loan proposal
• Budgeting, developing cash flow, financial information
• Operational Controls
• Marketing
• Critical thinking
